With every module purchase, there comes by default 12 month support period, which includes:
- remote installation and setup (first time only)
- questions about using the module
- solving technical problems related to the module
- access to module updates
Following is not included in default support:
- customization and special development
- solving problems concerning third-party services, hosting, the server, or the PrestaShop software
In case of troubles, please write a message to prestamodules@gmail.com, we usually answer within few hours.
Please attach screenshots and highlight problematic parts there, it really helps to speed things up when trying to understand problem.
Also please, if possible, send us connection details to your store - Backoffice access to Modules section, and FTP access to /modules/MODULE_NAME folder.
